SPIRIT 28 YACHT URGENT SALE in Simon's Town, Western Cape for sale

Spirit 28 Yacht
Boat was owned by an old man and was bought to obtain the mooring for my boat. Currently moored on a rented mooring in Simons Town Harbour.
I have done the following on her:
Cleaned and anti fouled the hull
Replaced the anode on the saildrive behind the propeller.
Changed the oil as well as the oil and diesel filters on inboard engine
Replaced the bearings and impeller in the water pump
Serviced the two primary winches and replaced 90% of the running rigging.
The sails are made by Quantum and look almost new.
This is all way more than I had intended to do but I can sell her on with confidence as I have sailed her a few times and she is well found. The boat is in need of somebody who will enjoy sailing her while attending to all the little things.
The interior is tired and the instruments are old. There is a stainless steel water tank but the manual water pump needs to be replaced.

ELECTRICS - 2 BATTERIES VHF RADIO, BULKHEAD MOUNTED COMPASS ECHO SOUNDER AND WIND INSTRUMENT AND NAV AND CABIN LIGHTS ALL NEED TO BE TIDIED UP AND SERVICED.
ACCOMODATION - 5 BERTH WITH UPHOLSTERY IN REASONABLE CONDITION. HEADS AND WASH HANDBASIN ALL OK , SS SINK BUT HAND PUMP NEEDS LOOKING AT. SS 65L WATER TANK.
