In middle of renovating, needs part new galley, heads and keel. Yes a new keel is required for complete peace of mind, ballast has interacted with keel. New keel from reputed Cape Town builder is R100 000 fitted. Hull is otherwise in very good condition. Rewired this year with marine and aircraft grade wire and switches.
Equipment includes: 2 x autopilots. Lifetag(man over board system),Furuno Radar, 2 x VHF, Electric Lofrans windlass, Solar array, wind generator, inflatable dinghy with outboard, stacking sailing dinghy, new 85l Waco fridge in box, portable generator, LED lighting.
Standing rigging all new, replaced in 2014 and boat has not moved since.
Sails: 2 x main sails, 2 x genoa, 1 x gennaker, staysail, stormsail.
Layout: double berths to stbd and port quarter. Double bed/or table in saloon. Double berth in focsle, single berth in saloon. So can currently sleep 9. Large chart table/nav station.
Tanks: very large diesel tank(approx. 300l, 3 x water tanks(approx.400l), all aluminium epoxy lined.
Perkins engine has been removed(in cockpit now), intention was to replace.

This yacht is well suited for cruising, it's a proven design from one of France's best architects.
It is not a "pretty" yacht, it's a working yacht that gets you there and does not attract unwanted attention. It has a huge flush deck which is an asset for surf charter.
I am gutted to have to sell her!
With a new keel you will have a very good boat at a small price.
